Long long ago, the lion and the mouse became good friends.

They lived in the forest.

They slept together, ran together and ate together.

One day, the mouse went swimming by the river.

The lion went out in search of food.

After some time, the lion was caught by a big net set by hunters.

The lion bit the net but that didn't help.

狮子咬了网，但没有用。

The lion shouted out for help.

狮子大声呼救。

The mouse heard the lion's voice for help again.

The lion said, "I'll never eat anything in the net again."

狮子说：“我再也不吃网里的东西了。”
